What should be the soil?

Planting process

  • When tying heads... Use the same top dressing, to which you can also add 1-2 tablespoons of wood ash.
  • 25 days after the second... Fertilizer is used the same.

Hilling

After each watering, the soil is loosened by about 5 cm. This prevents a dry crust from forming and promotes free air penetration. During this process, you need to immediately get rid of the weeds.

You can replace loosening with mulching. To do this, a layer of peat with a height of 5 cm is laid before planting.

Harvesting

2 months after planting the seedlings in the open ground, Nozomi is ready for harvest. At the same time, the fruits are carefully cut off with a sharp knife along the leg. If the gardener delays picking for 5-8 days, nothing bad will happen with cabbage.

Harvest storage
