  • 100 grams of shelled walnuts;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

For dressing - low-fat yogurt.

Cooking method:

  1. We wash the cabbage thoroughly, cut it into strips.
  2. Gently scrape off the skin from the carrots with a knife, rinse, cut off the top and cut into strips in the same way.
  3. Grind the walnuts to a crumb state.

We need:

Cooking method:

  1. Separate the cabbage leaves from each other, tear them into small pieces with our hands.
  2. We wash the cherry tomatoes under running water (for convenience, this can be done directly in the tray in which they are sold), cut into quarters.
  3. Boil the shrimps in boiling water with the addition of salt. If desired, they can be cut or left whole for serving.
  4. Rub the cheese on a fine grater and about 20 gr. set aside for salad dressing.

How to make salad dressing:

  1. Rub the garlic on a fine grater.
  2. Take the egg and separate the white from the yolk. We only need the yolk.
  3. Stir the cheese, grated garlic, yolk, salt and pepper, which had been postponed earlier, together with yogurt.

How to serve:

  1. Mix the cabbage separately with the dressing and put it on a plate.

  • one large yellow or red bell pepper;
  • one can of pitted canned olives;
  • 1 - 2 medium tomatoes;
  • 100gr. feta cheese;
  • salt, pepper and olive oil.

Cooking method:

  1. We wash the cabbage leaves, remove the spoiled parts (if any) and cut as follows: first into strips, then this straw again in half.
  2. Remove the middle from the pepper, cut off the top and divide it into 4 parts. We cut each of this part into strips in the same way.
  3. Tomatoes can also be cut into slices (this will make the salad look more spectacular), or simply into squares. At your request.
  4. Cut olives into slices, cheese into small squares.
  5. We mix all the prepared ingredients. We take olive oil and add to the dish.
  6. Salt and pepper.

  • 1 - 2 small oranges;
  • 50gr. green onions;
  • soy sauce;

Cooking method:

  1. Peel the onion, after cutting off the tips on both sides and cut into small cubes.
