Question: calathea crocata

Have the dried flowers go cut off? if yes, how far from the leaves? thanks

Answer: calathea crocata

Dear Debora,
the inflorescences of your calathea must be removed when they are very dry, if you can cut the stem that brings them to the base; if, on the other hand, the stem is still carrying turgid and healthy leaves, cut the stem just above the leaves.
