Characteristics
Tomato variety "Alesi F1" was bred by English breeders and is recommended for growing in open beds and under a film. It is possible to plant tomatoes in a greenhouse or in flowerpots for placement on verandas and balconies. The variety is suitable for year-round cultivation in heated greenhouses. The harvested fruits are well stored, transportation is possible.
Picked green tomatoes ripen quickly at room temperature. The fruits belong to the salad variety. They can be eaten fresh, used to prepare various dishes: soups, snacks, side dishes, mashed potatoes. From ripe fruits, a delicious sweetish juice is obtained.
Among the main advantages of the variety:
- early amicable ripening;
- high palatability of fruits;
- good productivity;
- versatility of tomatoes;
- cold resistance, drought resistance;
- resistance to major diseases.
Among the disadvantages of the variety are high demands on soil nutrition. Tall bushes need shaping and tying. Another important drawback inherent in all hybrids is the inability to collect seeds for subsequent plantings on their own. Tomatoes grown from them will not have the qualities of mother plants.

Growing features
Alesi F1 tomatoes are best propagated by seedlings. Before sowing, seeds are soaked in a growth stimulator for 10-12 hours. The soil is made up of a mixture of garden or turf soil with humus. Preferred soil from the beds on which grew legumes, cabbage, lettuce and other cruciferous plants. For greater nutritional value, wood ash or superphosphate can be added to the substrate.
Seeds are sown with minimal depth, shoots appear in 7-10 days. After that, the plants are moved to bright light and gently watered with warm water from a spray bottle. When the first pair of true leaves appears on the seedlings, picking and mineral feeding are carried out. A week before transplanting, the plants are hardened by taking them out into the fresh air.
Moving into the ground is carried out when the seedlings acquire 6-7 true leaves and at least one flower brush. Plants prefer well-lit places, the soil is fertilized with an additional portion of humus. For 1 sq. m, you can place no more than 3 plants. During the season, tomatoes are fed 3-4 times with full complex fertilizer.

Watering is moderate. Tall bushes are tied to trellises or stakes. It is necessary to form tomatoes after the appearance of 4-6 inflorescences. Lateral shoots are carefully removed, the growth point is pinched.
Diseases and pests
Like many early hybrids, "Alesi F1" is resistant to the main diseases of the nightshade. It is not susceptible to fusarium wilting, resistant to viruses and fungi. As a preventive measure, it is recommended to disinfect the soil with an aqueous solution of potassium permanganate or copper sulfate. Early ripening protects tomatoes from late blight.
If the plants are planted in a greenhouse, preventive spraying with copper preparations is recommended. Frequent loosening, airing, mulching of the soil will protect from rot. The plantings are regularly treated with phytosporin or another non-toxic bio-preparation with antifungal and antiviral.
Alesi F1 is a versatile hybrid suitable for industrial or hobbyist cultivation. It is planted in open beds, greenhouses or hotbeds, invariably receiving a high yield.
