hi I bought a ginseng bonsai in a mall and it is planted in a small pot I wanted to know if I have to transfer it and if so how. then I bought a universal liquid fertilizer I can fertilize the bonsai, thanks.

the bonsai repottings are practiced more or less every 2 years, changing the soil and shortening the roots; the universal fertilizer can be used, but in small doses; use about half or a quarter of what is recommended on the package.
