Question: reproduction

how do you reproduce the san severia?

Answer: reproduction

Dear Roberta,
Sanseveria is a succulent that reproduces easily by leaf cuttings; It is sufficient to remove an entire leaf and cut it into portions, which will be buried in a good fresh and damp soil. Over the years the sanseveria plants tend to form numerous new leaf rosettes, one close to the other; if desired it is possible to divide these rosettes, placing them in a single vase, thus obtaining numerous new plants. At the time of detachment of each rosette it is good to keep a small portion of the root system, so they will take root more quickly in the new vase.
